Before I started brainpunch.com, I have worked at a well respected market research company in Amsterdam for almost 10 years. As a senior researcher, I was responsible for UX research projects for various big Dutch companies. My goal was to provide clients (and stakeholders within their company) with the consumer input they needed to improve their website, online tool, or mobile app. We used both quantitative and qualitative research methods to achieve this goal.
I represented our company at a kick-off meeting with the client, wrote the research proposal, discussed the research budget, set up the user test, conducted the interviews with test participants, wrote a research report and presented the results to my client.
